1. Reservation: To confirm your reservation in: BELVEDERE HOTEL, a valid Credit Card number is required to confirm your booking.
In case of cancellation, our Hotel always does its best to avoid Cancellation fees for our Clients.
Therefore, we strongly suggest that CANCELLATIONS must be advised at least 21 days prior to arrival to avoid Penalty Charges.
Any Cancellation made within :
* 15 to 20 days results in 50% of the cost of the stay
* 7 to 14 days results in 75% of the cost of the stay
* 1 to 6 days results in 100% of the cost of the stay.
No show, or departure prior to the scheduled date, results 100% charge of stay.
2. Check-In and Check-Out Time:
Check-in time is from: 14H00 & Check-out until: 11H30
3. Children age: 12 YRS and Older are charged with the Adult rate.
Please include them in the number entered in the Adults check-box in the reservation system.
4. Rates and Payments:
Exchange rates are for information only - Payment due upon departure.
5. Modification of your Reservation: If you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation.
